What is Bounce.Tech?

Bounce.Tech (now commonly known as Bounce Brand) is a decentralized auction protocol that facilitates fair, transparent, and flexible marketplaces within the Web3 ecosystem. Its mission is to decentralize the auction process for a variety of digital and real-world assets, including tokens, NFTs, and physical collectibles, by removing central intermediaries and high costs.

How Does Bounce.Tech Work?

Bounce.Tech utilizes smart contracts on multiple blockchains like Ethereum and BNB Smart Chain to execute automated auctions. Users can set their own parameters, such as auction duration, minimum bid amounts, and preferred payment tokens. The protocol supports various formats including English auctions (ascending price), Dutch auctions (descending price), and Fixed Swap auctions, ensuring trustless execution and immediate settlement.

What Makes Bounce.Tech Unique?

Unlike traditional marketplaces, Bounce.Tech integrates decentralized finance (DeFi) with specialized auction services. Key unique features include its Bounce Launchpad for initial token offerings, an OTC trading desk for peer-to-peer swaps without order books, and 'Real-World Asset' (RWA) tokenization, which allows users to auction digital replicas of physical items like luxury watches or high-end spirits.

Who Are the Founders of Bounce.Tech?

The project was co-founded by Jack Lu and Chandler Song in 2020. Chandler Song is also known for founding Ankr, bringing extensive expertise in blockchain infrastructure and decentralized cloud computing. The team consists of veterans in software development and DeFi, focused on expanding cross-chain compatibility and utility for the AUCTION token.
